Using Caught at the Window

Caught at the Window is a fan-made service that creates a fictional football video from a photo. By using it, you agree to these terms and to follow applicable laws.

Photos and consent

Upload only a photo you own or are allowed to use. If the photo shows another adult, get their permission before uploading it. Do not upload photos of children, celebrities, public figures, or anyone who has not consented. Do not use the service to harass, mislead, or harm another person.

You keep your rights in photos you upload. You give Caught at the Window and its AI, storage, and hosting providers permission to process the photo only as needed to create, store, and deliver the video you requested. Photos and generated videos associated with a task are retained in our storage for 30 days after the task is created. Provider retention is governed by each provider’s own terms.

Generated videos

AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or different from what you expected. Each generation costs 8 credits. If a generation fails, its 8 credits are returned automatically. Credit packs are one-time purchases, and unused credits do not expire. Any refund rights required by law still apply.

You are responsible for how you use and share generated videos. Do not present a generated scene as real match footage or as an endorsement by a person, club, league, or competition.

Fan-made project and third-party rights

Caught at the Window is not affiliated with or endorsed by CapCut, TikTok, or any restaurant or food brand. The service creates fictional scenes; it does not use footage of real people or any public figure’s likeness. Finished downloads include the template soundtrack, attached after silent video generation. A soundtrack being included does not grant rights beyond those held by its rights owner.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not interfere with the service, evade credit limits, upload malicious files, or attempt to access another user’s data. We may suspend access when needed to protect users, the service, or legal rights.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular AI result. To the extent allowed by law, Caught at the Window is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
